Profits After Account Violation

If my account is closed due to a violation, will the earned profits be lost?

No, if your funded account is closed due to a violation, you will not lose all your earned profits. Here's how it works:

  1. Example Scenario:
    • If you have increased a $100,000 account to $110,000, your profit is $10,000.
    • Your share of this profit, based on an 80% profit-sharing ratio, is $8,000.
  2. In the event of a Violation:
    • If a violation occurs that leads to the closure of your account, you can still receive a portion of the profits.
    • You will receive 75% of your $8,000 share.
    • This means you will receive $6,000.

So, even if your account is closed due to a violation, you retain a portion of your earned profits.

If you have not fulfilled your minimum of 5 trading days in the funded account and the account has been breached, you will not be able to withdraw your remaining profits.
