Using Expert Advisors (EAs) in Funded Accounts

1. General Terms

  • 1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Users") who wish to use Expert Advisors ("EAs") in their funded accounts at FORFX.
  • 1.2. By using an EA in your funded account, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Registration and Approval of EAs

  • 2.1. Before using any EA in your funded account, you must first register the EA with FORFX by sending an email to support@forfx.com with the following information:
    • Name of the EA
    • Brand or provider of the EA
    • Strategy of the EA
    • Specific configuration settings of the EA
    • Symbols the EA will use
  • 2.2. Registration of the EA is subject to review and approval by FORFX. You must receive written confirmation from FORFX before using the EA in your funded account.

3. Use of Unregistered EAs

  • 3.1. Using an EA in your funded account without registering it and receiving confirmation from FORFX is strictly prohibited.
  • 3.2. If FORFX determines that you are using an unregistered EA, FORFX reserves the right to breach and terminate your funded account immediately.

4. Responsibilities of the User

  • 4.1. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the EA registration process is accurate and complete.
  • 4.2. The User must not use any EA that has not been approved by FORFX in their funded account.

5. Breach and Termination

  • 5.1. Any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to using an unregistered EA, will result in the immediate termination of the funded account.
  • 5.2. FORFX reserves the right to take any necessary action, including but not limited to legal action, against Users who violate these Terms.

6. Modifications to Terms

  • 6.1. FORFX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms via email or through the FORFX website.
  • 6.2. Continued use of an EA in a funded account following any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By using an EA in your funded account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
