If a trader violates any of the trading parameters, the following actions will be taken:

1. Account Closure:
   • The trader's account will be promptly closed, and they will no longer be able to continue trading on that account.
2. No Refund:
   • Any initial fees paid by the trader will not be refunded.
3. Opportunity to Restart:
   • Recognizing that traders may incur numerous losses, we offer an opportunity for them to restart from the first stage with a discount.

By enforcing these rules, we ensure a fair trading environment while providing traders a chance to recover and try again with a discounted restart option.
