Refunds are processed based on the trader's request and when they make their first withdrawal. The refund amount is 125% of the total amount paid by the trader. This includes the full amount paid plus an additional 25%.

Example:

• For a $100,000 account with a fee of $475:
  • Refund: $475 + $118.75 (25% of $475)
  • Total Refund: $593.75
