Affiliates are allowed to use Google Ads to promote FORFX, provided they fully comply with the following requirements to align with both Google Ads policies and FORFX affiliate guidelines:
1. Prohibited Terms
Affiliates must not use misleading, defamatory, or policy-violating language, including terms such as “scam” or any wording that breaches Google Ads advertising standards.
2. Accuracy and Truthful Representation
All ad creatives and copy must accurately reflect FORFX’s products and services.
Misleading, exaggerated, or unrealistic claims regarding potential earnings, success rates, or challenge difficulty are strictly prohibited.
3. Mandatory Disclaimers
Every advertisement must include the following disclaimer:
“Terms and conditions apply. Participation in the challenge does not guarantee earnings.”
Ads must also be geo-targeted exclusively to the affiliate’s approved country of operation.
4. Brand Compliance
Affiliates must use only authorized brand messaging and approved creative assets provided by FORFX.
Unauthorized or modified use of logos, trademarks, or branded materials is not permitted.
5. Prohibited Keywords
Affiliates may not bid on FORFX trademarked or branded keywords, including “forfx” and any associated brand or product name variants, unless they have received prior written approval from the Affiliate Manager.
6. Ad Approval Requirement
All Google Ads campaigns must be submitted for review and receive formal approval from FORFX before being published.
7. Ad Placement Rules
Affiliate ads must not outrank official FORFX advertisements in search results.
If an affiliate ad outranks the official brand ad, it must be paused or removed immediately upon notification.
8. Non-Compliance Consequences
Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in:
Immediate termination of the affiliate partnership
Forfeiture of any unpaid commissions or pending payments
