In the Black account, 80% of the profits are allocated to the trader.
What happens to my profits if there is a violation in my funded account?
If your funded account is closed due to a violation, you will not lose all your profits. Here’s how it works:
Example Scenario:
- Initial account balance: $100,000
- Increased account balance: $110,000
- Profit earned: $10,000
Profit Share Calculation:
- Your share of the profit (80% of $10,000): $8,000
Violation Scenario:
If a violation occurs, you can still receive 75% of your profit share.
- 75% of $8,000: $6,000
Thus, even if a violation occurs and your account is closed, you will still be able to withdraw $6,000 of your earned profits.
