1. Eligibility for Refunds:
   • Participants who successfully complete a challenge, as outlined by the specific terms and conditions of that challenge, will be eligible to receive a refund equivalent to 125% of the original fee paid to enter the challenge. This reward is part of our commitment to acknowledge and foster trading talent.
2. Exclusions to Refund Eligibility: To maintain the integrity and fairness of our challenges, there are specific conditions under which refunds will not be issued, even upon successful completion of a challenge:
3. a. Use of Expert Advisors (EAs):
4. • Participants who use Expert Advisors (EAs) during the challenge will be ineligible for a refund. Our challenges are designed to assess individual trading skills and strategies, and the use of EAs compromises this objective.
5. b. Participation in Legend Plans with Free Repeat Option:
6. • Participants who enroll in our Legend Plans and utilize the free repeat option will not be eligible for a refund upon successful completion of a challenge. The free repeat option provides an additional opportunity for participants to demonstrate their trading skills without financial penalty for a failed attempt. Utilizing this option excludes participants from refund eligibility to maintain the fairness and competitive spirit of our challenges.
